Biographical Information: Kanehiro Hamajima was born in Okehazama Nagoya city in Japan. He came to the United States in 1972 and settled in the San Francisco Bay area. Kanehiro’s interest in bonsai eventually inspired him to begin making shohin bonsai pottery.
